  1. Why don't you have a process for ammending mistaken bookings. I obviously made an error due to my bank blocking my payment then allowing it , hence i booked the same dates twice and you insist on charging £40 and 7% of the balance. Not good enough.

  4. you need to have a better system of contacting you. I have literally gone around in circles trying to contact you but to no avail. Your system just takes me back to where I started.
    I need to cancel my booking and the site is not communicating with me. No answer on the phone or the emails I'm sending.
    As you look after the site and customer you need to find a resolution to the problem.
    I'm guessing you wont even respond to this!

  7. We found Grandtully Campsite via Google on your site as we are visiting friends in the area. We thought we'd pop by to see if there was any space. It is now known as Grandtully Station Campsite and has new owners, I think. Just in case anyone else gets confused looking for different signs. We's accidentally ended up a farm road as we thought there must be another one.

  8. I really enjoy using your site to book campsites but it would be so much easier for me if you had a 'search by map' feature where I could select a map and zoom level and then see all campsites meeting my filter criteria on the map rather than having to select a campsite then open the map to see where it is.

  9. Provide a link to your android app that works or provide its name on Play Store. Currently the link provided doesn't work nor does searching for Pitchup. A pity as most "Campsite Finder" services use apps. That said your website and content is excellent!

  13. We work hard to get a rise and if 1 customer dosent give us a 10 you knock us down a point, you also don't take the parks effect on a customer who has posted comments that are not true.

    Thanks for your feedback. The overall rating is based on a simple average, so any reviews greater than or less than the existing score have exactly the same effect on the overall score. All reviews have a comments section which you are able to use to set the record straight, and the customer is not permitted an additional chance to comment.

  20. Je n'ai pas d'idée particulière, juste cela serait pas mal de prévenir le client lorsque sa réservation est annulée.
    Et non de la découvrir via le paiement qui ne s'est pas effectué.
    Pour un leader de je ne sais trop quoi cela est très décevant.
    Je ne recommande pas du tout ce site.
