  1. Make more user friendly

    The more info on a page the more the punter get's confused- too much info can cause a 'l give up feeling'
    Suggest you consider many of your ' readers' were born before the advent of computers- make it simple

  2. A Disabled toilet would be useful

    From a personal point of veiw when we stayed in late September and the only people in the lower camping feild very nice and peaceful the incline to the shower block was rather steeper than excepted from a person who has a fuised ankle and a modilty issue

  6. Address missing from Site Home-page

    Address NOT easy to find, therefore locating where the site is frrsurtates and I look for another website provider!

  7. fix the website so that the map appears when you need to pick your location, in 'edit site'.

  11. correct the filter

    After inputting the dates in and available campsites are displayed once you choose the one you like it then tells you your dates are unavailable. Waste of time.

  13. adjust the Tencreek holiday park site

    On the local attractions you suggest going to Portsmouth national marine aquarium !

    Firstly Portsmouth is some 100 miles away, secondly PLYMOUTH houses the aquarium which is a lot closer !

    Unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings over the phone and all the information we have on campsites is displayed on the website. However you can call us on 0208 123 4450 if you have any questions – this number appears in our FAQs and booking confirmation emails.

    i would have a straight forward price list for low season,mid season,high season as i could not find what i wanted to know and i have help to look after a camp site in the past.after saying all that if you could send me a full price list i would be graftful as your site looks like just what we wantsend to mra j welling,5 berkeley road,kingswood bristol bs15 9qe.

  19. saved sites

    would be good to be able to save sites in a favourite menu at the side for easy recall,
