  2. Great campsite

    Great site clean toilets and showers staff are really helpful. Small shop on site and they let you freeze your ice blocks. Always toilet roll in the toilets and clean hand towels every day. Plenty of space for the kids to run around and have fun with not a iPod iPad or tv in sight, and considering there was 14 children and and 6 adults was great. All had fun will def go back love it

  3. stop taking money

    stop taking money from people who pay in good faith but due to reasons beyond control actually didn't have the holiday,those that drove all the way to the resort,but could not even unpack!!!! still kept all their money though didn't you

  4. Give better directions to The Willows outside of Tewkesbury

    The site was disappointingly dated - the facilities could do with being extended and improved (toilet/washrooms). The food at the pub was not as good as we expected from reviews either.

    some sort of play frame?but to be honest my children enjoyed running around the fields&on the trampoline down the bottom field.;-)

  6. The facilites are in definate need of a clean up with better signage.

    Longer term a new wash block is the tenting field would be a great idea with more showers and toilets than the current block. The pub was really handy and the free food an unexpected bonus. More rubbish skips are also reqd or more frequent collection!

  7. allow site owners to respond to reviews-

    so that any explanations can be given and coments to undeserved or incorrect review information can be given. It's not fair when a camper says one thing to your face and then vent's their angst at your expense by anonymous review. Worse still- allowing campers who have never stayed on the site is not on.

    I found the section that shows camping this weekend. I wish it was clearer on the site - I was looking for it in the options below, on the left side (where camping 2.0; Open now, etc. is listed). This is the first time I've used your site. And I'm usually tech savvy...so it would help if it was clearer. But great site all round.

  20. I Suggest you trim the hedge growth around the entrance sign

    My Wife and I Spent a week at birchwood,We were made very welcome by Mick and Ann. The Camp Site clean and tidy.Would Recommend it,also we found it excellent for fishing.Toilets and showers always very clean.
