Unfortunately we do not have your actual questions but the owner has stated she hasn’t received any messages from you. We have followed up once again. To make the site a lot more user friendly, most of us are very busy people and don’t want to spend hours navigating round a site.
Make things a lots easier to navigate round, we are all not computer boffs, I find your site very very frustrating and almost at the point where I mighttake my listings off.

Booked Cabo de anjo Santander your website stated 11.1 miles from Santander it is 26 miles ! Would like a refund won’t use this website again and warn other camper

Website booking
I suggest you sort your booking page out and state no single person booking and not take full payment then for me to have the campsite to ringet me to cancel and you charge me 15% for the cancellation and not even help me to book another site your customer service is shocking and your attitude stinks at least I know never to use you ever again and I will make sure the people I know in the caravan club do the same you were no help at all and you never even replied to my quiery I had to…
1 voteThe booking page does state caters for families and couples only and this is shown in the terms on the campsite page. We have received messages from you yesterday and on Saturday and will reply shortly. We’re unclear why you have concluded our attitude stinks before we’ve replied.

You need to make it clearer and more obvious that the deposit is not refundable, particularly where the site suggests no cancelation charges
The 'deposit retention' is not as clear as it should be. Where the site shows 'no cancelation charges' this indicates that there is no charge, when clearly the retention of the deposit is a cancelation charge!

All Pitchup.com bookings are confirmed at the time of booking and payment terms are set out in the booking page. If the campsite doubled booked please contact us on enquiries@pitchup.com

Please ensure that on the map, you are clicking on the arrival day then the departure day, rather than the two nights you wish to stay

Very poor caravan site
Stayed here 7/4/2014 till 11/04/2014 this caravan was a joke one very small gas fire to heat all caravan one bedroom window had an inch space letting the wind blow in ,kitchen sink when you poured the water down drain there was no pipe to take it outside it just ran onto the foor the same with the shower it leaked into the toilet next door .the floor covering was very cheap vynal and had lirks in places .there was no toilet brush and the kitchen utencials were the most basic I have had I have been in quite a…

Dogs should not be restricted
A person with five boistrous children are allowed. A retired lady with five chihuahuas kept on leads and responsible for their business is not welcome. This is wrong. People should be judged alone. Camping is for outdoor people with dogs, but camping has gone all yuppy and real outdoor people don't seem welcome anymore.

dog policy should be flexible
I'm a retired widow and my pet chihuahuas holiday with me, that's why I bought a motorhome. If you stuck my small dogs together they wouldn't make one average dog, but I am penalised because only two dogs are allowed. More than two children are allowed and these are my family. I also don't get a discount for the 2nd adult who is no longer with us! This isn't fair, so I'm basically banned.

a friend and I drove from Bournemouth to your campsite because we wanted to visit a friend who lived down the road only to find we couldn't stay because we were the same sex
