I suggest you sort your booking page out and state no single person booking and not take full payment then for me to have the campsite to ringet me to cancel and you charge me 15% for the cancellation and not even help me to book another site your customer service is shocking and your attitude stinks at least I know never to use you ever again and I will make sure the people I know in the caravan club do the same you were no help at all and you never even replied to my quiery I had to phone you shocking customer service
The booking page does state caters for families and couples only and this is shown in the terms on the campsite page. We have received messages from you yesterday and on Saturday and will reply shortly. We’re unclear why you have concluded our attitude stinks before we’ve replied.
