  2. Have a search filter that works - search says dates available at a site but when you try to book the site isn't available - so useless!

    Fixing the search so it works!

  5. Under 'Extras' it would be a good idea to have 'Pitch' as an option rather than just night etc.

    We sometimes sell an extra service which is per pitch based rather than per night as it is only needed as a one off per stay per pitch

  6. Make T&Cs clearer before customers add card details.

    We have had 2 customers now who do not meet the terms and conditions of the park. Yes i know they should read the T&Cs before booking, but the T&Cs can only be found at the bottom of the booking page after entering card details etc. Would be better on the page of each park instead of policies.

    Bookable listings have more comprehensive listings with many more photos this year, but free listings are just a basic listing – we’re doing our best to upgrade them!

  10. Make leaving reviews easier

    As a newbie to the site it wasn't obvious how to leave a review which I assume is quite an important part of the site. Possibly idiot proof instructions on the home page would be good. Sorry for being so dim!!
