When searching for an electric tent pitch, the thumbnail in the search shows an electric pitch cheaper than when you click through, screens shots attached showing "electric pitch: £26.40 per night" but when you click through, it shows that's actually the NONELECTRIC pitch price, and the electric pitch is £31.60 per night. This makes it very hard to see the actual price per night while searching

  3. Everytime I login I get Password Reset email regardless of whether I login via Google or Facebook. I have never requested a rest but the email comes each time I login

  6. Why don't you have a process for ammending mistaken bookings. I obviously made an error due to my bank blocking my payment then allowing it , hence i booked the same dates twice and you insist on charging £40 and 7% of the balance. Not good enough.

  10. you need to have a better system of contacting you. I have literally gone around in circles trying to contact you but to no avail. Your system just takes me back to where I started.
    I need to cancel my booking and the site is not communicating with me. No answer on the phone or the emails I'm sending.
    As you look after the site and customer you need to find a resolution to the problem.
    I'm guessing you wont even respond to this!

  13. We found Grandtully Campsite via Google on your site as we are visiting friends in the area. We thought we'd pop by to see if there was any space. It is now known as Grandtully Station Campsite and has new owners, I think. Just in case anyone else gets confused looking for different signs. We's accidentally ended up a farm road as we thought there must be another one.

I really enjoy using your site to book campsites but it would be so much easier for me if you had a 'search by map' feature where I could select a map and zoom level and then see all campsites meeting my filter criteria on the map rather than having to select a campsite then open the map to see where it is.

  16. I had booked a stay at a holiday park in Devon. This has today been cancelled by the holiday park due to Covid 19. The holiday park stated that because I booked through Pitchup that Pitchup were responsible for refunding me. Pitchup have refused. They have refused to refund me and have offered me 'future credit'. Future credit in these times of uncertainty is absurd. We don't know if we are going to have any airlines left, let alone camping-booking websites. Why should Pitchup keep my money when it was not me that cancelled the holiday. Future credit is ridiculous;…
