you need to have a better system of contacting you. I have literally gone around in circles trying to contact you but to no avail. Your system just takes me back to where I started.
I need to cancel my booking and the site is not communicating with me. No answer on the phone or the emails I'm sending.
As you look after the site and customer you need to find a resolution to the problem.
I'm guessing you wont even respond to this!
