Stop overcharging for cancellation of bookings made in error
Why don't you have a process for ammending mistaken bookings. I obviously made an error due to my bank blocking my payment then allowing it , hence i booked the same dates twice and you insist on charging £40 and 7% of the balance. Not good enough.

Thanks for your idea. Please note that these cancellation fees are imposed by the campsite, not Pitchup. We are already in touch with the campsite to rectify this.
