I suggest you thank people for trying to list their campsite instead of sending a very rude email suggesting the 'allocation is too low'

Minimum allocation requirements are shown in the portal process and we do need a reasonable amount of allocation to ensure our partnership starts on a positive note.

“We are sorry you found our email rude” is blaming the person who posted a constructive comment.
Seriously as I read your replies all I’m hearing is how defensive you are to other people’s points of view.
Why ask for these comments if you are just going to defend your position and justify your opinion.
Is this not asking for feedback about learning and adjusting
Guessing you are doing this exercise to grow and develop your buisness
Or is it an exercise to tick a box
