Have a system where customers can pay the full amount
Why can't customers pay the full amount on booking, and then pitch up transfer the money less the %15 commission to the owners bank account?
This would stop campers especially tents from just not turning up, when we have been turning people away as we are fully booked.

Our Payup system has now been completed and you can sign up in the ‘Payment’ section of your portal.
