I have just booked an 8 day holiday at Oak View Holiday park and booked an additional car and awning as your website details are not at all clear. This is an additional cost to me of £56.00 and have since found out today that they are. both included. Because I only booked it yesterday I am not entitled to either an amendment or refund for the additional monies spent. I must say I am very disappointed. I appreciate I have booked within the 7 day period, but the amendment is fiscal rather than anything that would affect the main element of the booking, eg plot for 8 days.
