adding support from Herston Caravan and Camping (https://pitchup.my.salesforce.com/0012000000N9HoZ) - they accept roof tents on hardstanding but have had feedback from guests that it's not clear (currently they have 'trailer tents' selected)
Edit: roof tent category now added, have let site know

They advised that tent boxes/roof tents require different conditions for pitches so should have a separate category and icon

As part of the roof tent community and a TentBox ambassador myself and the community would appreciate a roof tent option. Currently without an option people are put off booking and instead book directly as they have to ask.

Due to increased popularity coukd you start including roof top tents as an option, so the sites are aware and can site you accordingly...

We are not camper vans we need to sit on grass - our tents are on wheels as per a trailer tent. We take up less space than a car and trailer. However we are being rejected from bookings and no refunds given - A contact the site (before booking ) option should be clearly available on each site page.
