  3. Iv been struggling to find caravan holidays for my mum who cannot walk up any steps, ideally she needs a caravan with a ramp. I wish all caravans with a ramp & caravan sites that recognise themselves to be disabled friendly would be highlighted straight away without having to click on each caravan site then looking in photos to see and or then ringing camp sites directly to find out.   4. I've booked several times now. For motorhome owners we need to know . . .
    is there water
    is there chemical disposal point
    is there grey water disposal for motorhomes - it is not like a caravan!
    Those things are important to know to select a site. At my last booking there was NO water, NO chemical disposal and NO grey water disposal. Nice site but overpriced without those facilities.

  5. We found Grandtully Campsite via Google on your site as we are visiting friends in the area. We thought we'd pop by to see if there was any space. It is now known as Grandtully Station Campsite and has new owners, I think. Just in case anyone else gets confused looking for different signs. We's accidentally ended up a farm road as we thought there must be another one.

  6. Sorry about the rush. Need a way of entering information as a booking from a manager to avoid the potential for duplication. We take some bookings direct (apols but that's like) and i'd like a way of putting that info into the system (for record keeping, safety etc). Any thoughts?

    Thanks John – we’ll look into this but it’s unlikely we’d be able to build something soon. We do recommend ring-fencing a subset of pitches as our allocation, to avoid double bookings and avoid the need to synchronise other booking channels.

  7. i think it would be a great idea to show the prices per night for a caravan or campervan & per person etc. :)

  11. After inputting the dates in and available campsites are displayed once you choose the one you like it then tells you your dates are unavailable. Waste of time.

    This is normally a temporary issue when the campsite owner has just updated their allocation, or someone else has bought the last remaining pitch before you reach the final page. Are you seeing this on other pages or just Bucklegrove?

    We can change the name but facebook likes can only be attached to one URL, so these would be lost. Please confirm you still wish to go ahead. Could you also please amend your listing to clarify whether electric is included in the pod and campervan pitch: if so the extra should not be applied to those pitch types and the cost needs to be built into the pitch type. Please also state the policy on pup tents, awnings and gazebos for all pitch types. Thanks.

  13. you should have different location areas within the different countries of the area you would actually like to visit, e.g. north wales, south wales, or even more exact an area such as wales, Wrexham

  14. i search for hull, east yorkshire i get solihull, i search for yorkshire i get gloucstershire, i search north east england i get dorset? WTH?? i click to choose region - there is no map?? options show sort by price in one window, not in the next.... a really good idea guys and would have saved me a shed load of time but your site is rubbish!

  16. For example, for tourist board accreditation - especially as there is nowhere to add that we are now have our Verified Accommodation certification from the Welsh Tourist Board (there is no 0-5 scale, it's either verified or it isn't)

  19. If I type in New Forest or Peak District it doesn't recognise the location. Search should be enabled by popular search entries not limited to counties. Even if there is a way it is not straightforward/user friendly and the best way is through the standard search bar

  20. How about having somewhere where we can enter information that folk will receive on their booking form and therefore stand some chance of them reading it before arrival?

    I mean things like: “Please don’t bring your own wood as our young son provides this at a reasonable charge” or “we’ll charge your phone and no cost whilst you’re here”
