Check the ip addresses of posters for sites with no poor reviews.
Multiple positive reviews from posters with only 1 x review seems bit coincidental. Would site owners write their own reviews to encourage business? Something just doesn't feel right about some reviews, very 'samey'

Fix buttons so they work for me!
I can't use the 'Add pitch type', 'Batch update rates' or 'Batch update allocation' buttons - the buttons simply don't do anything. I'm on a Mac and have tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome. I've tried turning off 'block popups'.

changing how you update the allocation
please put it back to how it was! Sometimes, the allocation changes without me even touching a number! It's too easy to scroll onto a different date. I would prefer it if you had to click the box first. Then, once entering the date, it never saves (well, after three or four goes and then only does a date at a time if lucky, I click next or previous, it asks me yet again to enter my password, come back to it and it's still not updated....so perhaps an apply button on the page too, if it stays like it…

a) Allocation unaffected by mouse wheel
b) Saves automatically with a tick to confirm
c) Works consistently
d) Doesn’t log you out
e) Can now update it very rapidly by using the tab key -

fix bugs
I am trying to work through your website a) to setup my allocation and b) to build an integration to work with your API. Unfortunately I keep hitting glitches with your website - for example charge types which will not save, extras which won't attach. Now I get an internal server error when I try to go to the rates tab. Help!

looks like Llwyn Onn does not actually have an indoor swimming pool, from reading its website. Is this an error on your site?

You can access historical invoices by selecting the dates in the booking tab, clicking ‘Apply’, then ‘VAT information’.

Thank you for your feedback. We do display the arrival times permitted on the listing page (Policies) and booking page, but please contact the campsite directly who may be able to make an exception in this instance.

Make it clearer on your website how to enter prices and allocations for Static caravans
After a relatively successful trial of using your bookings portal for our campsite I decided to try adding one of our static caravans to your website. I managed to enter the details however I can find no way of entering available dates or prices?

make the mobile part of the website more compatible with windows phone
Please provide a drop down list for selecting booking dates on all platforms. Virtually impossible to get a date accepted using windows. Not good if your on the road.

Please see the search panel on the left where can filter by price and location. To sort by price, use the drop-down menu at the top right.
