I absolutely agree, the AI review is not balanced and finds the exception comment rather than the average. Any Website that does not control the content on its platform is failing in its duty of care. If you cant control it, remove it.

As a campsite owner, I would like the AI summary to be removed or at the very least monitored and/or corrected by Pitch Up. The summary does not accurately reflect the comments left by individual reviews. Instead it misinterprets and summarises a comment left by one person as being the feeling of "many".
In my case, I had one customer leave a review and this was then reflected in the summary as being the comments left by many. This is damaging to the reputation of a business as it leads to a false impression which is based on one persons comment. Having contacted Pitch Up twice about this issue, Pitch Up have fully admitted they have no control over the AI summaries. I find this astonishing that a company has no control over what is publicised on their own website.
I would urge other campsites owners to look at their own AI summary and see if it accurately matches the actual reviews being left.
