The last two times I've used it I've not been notified about my trips last one was cancelled and didn't get notification only found out because I check to see if balance had been paid and had to check with campsite to see what had happened to find to be told it's closed and had to find another site at last minute
Then this camping trip we arrived to find we hadn't even been booked on but had confirmation so at the site the owner went above and beyond to make space for us to stay thankfully really disappointed with pitch up definitely need to find another way to book camping in future don't feel comfortable using pitch up any more
