I recently stayed at Stow Rugby Club as (out of season) they offer their grounds for camping. Fabulous site, great views and - largely due to an excellent and very competent manager - a very safe, clean site with excellent facilities. They're in Portakabins so I wasn't expecting much - but they were super. All very clean, well stocked with loo paper and lovely clean showers with oodles of hot water. More rugby clubs might like to raise funds by offering their facilities for camping too??
