Ipad checkout - poor !
Tried 4 times to checkout on ipad and entered all info and at the end just said....processing and no success message or email confirmation. As a result I am calling the site directly which means pitch up do not get the commission for the sale. Urgent fix and bug check needed by the developer I think as must be costing you a fortune in lost revenue

Thanks for reporting this: the problem should now be fixed. We’ve added a separate suggestion for multiple pitches.

No problem. Cool about multiple pitches as most people go in small groups so seems logical to offer it

HI, I know know what the issue is, if you go to this site and checkout no problem https://www.pitchup.com/campsites/England/South_West/Somerset/Cheddar/cheddar-petruth-paddocks/?nights=2&adults=2&within=30&q=cheddar&park_id=4322&availability=True but if you tick the box to register your details then it will not let you complete the checkout but if you leave unstick then it is fine. Hope you get sorted. ON a different note you cannot book multiple tent pitches on your website which would be a good idea, regards mark
