Ai comments generated from reviews are inaccurate and outdated by more that 6 months. Either update it or get rid of it. Not fit for purpose.

AI summaries are based on visible reviews - please use the dispute tool to flag any text issues with previous reviews which are causing the AI tool to be inaccurate.
