We often get bookings for our CAMC certified location where they have ticked that they are members but, when contacted to obtain their membership number, they confirm they aren't members and didn't know that we are only open to CAMC members despite it being mentioned many times on our page. Making inputting the membership number mandatory would stop these booking errors occuring.
