I have always preferred for our reviews to be organic, rather than promoted. I would much rather a customer be compelled by their own experience to leave a review, than be badgered by (who they will see as) me to leave a review.

The only exception to this would be Airbnb, as this also allows hosts to review guests, and positive reviews on both parts help guests and hosts find what is right for them.
