I would like to re-order the photos on my page to a meaningful order
At the moment when I add photos they are added in sequence - so the oldest are first and newest last. I would like to be able to re-order them (ideally by dragging on the photo management screen) to put an order to them. The only current way to do this is to delete and start again - so I have to delete my customers photos (not nice) but if not they are the first to appear as oldest.

Offer Refund on deposit
If no response to emails or phone calls are made about booking and then campsite does not allow admission because of their lack of communication, and where as the time restriction on late arrival is not stated, booking fee should be rightfully refunded

Lack of booking confirmation to campsites.
Our booking details had not been passed onto campsite and so were not expecting us when we arrived. Site owner advised us that this was not the first time that Pitch Up had not let them know of bookings taken!! The site owners and ourselves, (both your customers) have been let down with lack of customer service. Perhaps this needs to be looked into and corrected before anymore unnecessary errors occur?

We track delivery of all booking confirmations (you will also see the site’s email address at the top of the same confirmation you received), and all bookings are also visible in the park’s own Pitchup.com account. We will follow up with Quex Caravan Park as to why they are not receiving this but normally this is due to a campsite’s spam filter. Apologies for any inconvenience.

great site i went last wk&my 2girls were not to be seen most of the time they were out playing in the fields!
would be great to have some sort of play area but in all fairnesss the kids just love going around the campsite&fields!!

Have a system where customers can pay the full amount
Why can't customers pay the full amount on booking, and then pitch up transfer the money less the %15 commission to the owners bank account?
This would stop campers especially tents from just not turning up, when we have been turning people away as we are fully booked.1 voteOur Payup system has now been completed and you can sign up in the ‘Payment’ section of your portal.

when I do a search for a camp site within 60 miles of Glasgow, or anywhere else in the UK, don't show camp sites in Devon.

Fabulous place to stay mine host was fundabar ! Nothing was too much trouble and even assisted with the porterage ! Had a fabulous relaxing time loved the privacy and the campfires, would definitely return and recommend to friends see you next year .

Not sure how well the search facility works based on dates.
I have put in for 4 nights from Wed. 30th July. The site came up with a number of sites which I thought meant they had availability for the dates I have requested. However, quite a number do not have anything available, e.g. Seaview Haven Site is fully booked.

Calendar Feed Improvement
The new calendar feed is a great idea but I seem to have to keep clicking it to update my outlook calendar which then opens a new calendar instead of downloading to the initial calendar set up

Location
at the top of the location tab put the full address of the campsite, and on the home page for the campsite include the contact details, is not straight forward finding contact details
many campsites can appear to be booked but when you call they have cancellations so it's always worth having telephone numbers
many of the campsite that are showing availability on your site are actually booked but that is obviosuly due to the campsite not updating their info.
i like the map and 10 mile radius search function

I think the site is awesome. But as we need accomodation for this weekend, for a tent, it appears I have to search each one individually. It's great at showing what is available in the next two weeks, but not specifically for this weekend. Unless I missed it...

Confirmations
Improve the section showing the customer still owes the balance to the park. Too many arrivals think they had paid in full. Why I don't know!

Dates
Add the day of the week to the arrival and departure day so the dates are displayed as clearly as possible on the confirmations
