  1. Rethink your policies

    I had booked a stay at a holiday park in Devon. This has today been cancelled by the holiday park due to Covid 19. The holiday park stated that because I booked through Pitchup that Pitchup were responsible for refunding me. Pitchup have refused. They have refused to refund me and have offered me 'future credit'. Future credit in these times of uncertainty is absurd. We don't know if we are going to have any airlines left, let alone camping-booking websites. Why should Pitchup keep my money when it was not me that cancelled the holiday. Future credit is ridiculous;…

  4. Add pitch size to the filters

    It would be helpful if you could filter by pitch size I've looked at a campsite only to find the pitch size is too small for my tent

  7. Stop adding unavailable sites

    When I enter all my requirements thew searchcengine still offers me sites that are unavailable. This is beyond useless.

  11. Please review your rating system as we think its very unfair.

    We work hard to get a rise and if 1 customer dosent give us a 10 you knock us down a point, you also don't take the parks effect on a customer who has posted comments that are not true.

    Thanks for your feedback. The overall rating is based on a simple average, so any reviews greater than or less than the existing score have exactly the same effect on the overall score. All reviews have a comments section which you are able to use to set the record straight, and the customer is not permitted an additional chance to comment.

  12. cannot add sites to favourites, click heart and all it says is you have no favourites

    When you try to add sites to favourites it just says you have no favourites, tried the heart tried the arrow says same thing

  14. Make sure that the filters do actually filter. The twin axle filter filter does not filter out campsites that do not permit twin axles

    I have set the twin axle filter but it still comes up with sites that do not permit twin axle vehicles. Most annoying.

    Minimum allocation requirements are shown in the portal process and we do need a reasonable amount of allocation to ensure our partnership starts on a positive note.

  16. Fix payment page booking bug (page refreshes)

    There's a JS error in all desktop and mobile browsers. Nobody can book. On pressing 'Book Now' the payment form is shown briefly, then the page redirects to listing. You can stop the form refreshing by pressing <Esc> key quicky, but the ability to enter card details is disabled. Also the page shows 'Your stay is no longer available'

  18. Show sites that open all year.

    When you start to look for a touring site, you come to a page with a filter screen. Press on that and you can check off electric up, showers etc. On the "availability" screen why don't you put on "Open All Year"?

  20. Feature truthful reviews. I reviewed this site 2 years ago. This is not featured at all. The owner was far from helpful,rude and offensive.

    Don't block the truth. The campsites may pay to be on your website but I won't use you again if my truthful review is removed from view
