  2. Text message when pitch is booked

    Keeping tabs on pitch allocation can be made a lot easier if pitchup were able to send a text message to a registered mobile number whenever a booking is made so there is less chance of double bookings and/or extra pitches can be added, most park managers are not able to be sat in front of the computer all day and may only get to check on e-mails & bookings later on in the day.

  7. Have a search filter that works - search says dates available at a site but when you try to book the site isn't available - so useless!

  10. Under 'Extras' it would be a good idea to have 'Pitch' as an option rather than just night etc.

    We sometimes sell an extra service which is per pitch based rather than per night as it is only needed as a one off per stay per pitch

  13. tell me whether a site takes touring caravans

    when you search for sites that take tourers, plenty come up - but many are static only with no accommodation for tourers. A database issue, I think.

    If you select more than one accommodation type, we will show parks with either type. Is this the issue or is there a problem when only touring caravans are selected?

  17. Sort out your favourites list function. Ive spent literally HOURS deleting sites off of my favourites list, only for them to be re-instated

    The favourites list is extremely problematic. I've deleted over 100 sites off of mine numerous times, only for them to be re-instated the next time I log on. You can't even delete the entire list. It's infuriating and needs sorting out immediately.
