let people know if a campsite is closed instead of booking and then your customers driving there to find it abandoned.

Please could you let us know which campsite? Campsites enter their own allocation on Pitchup.com so if you’ve booked then it should be open.

And again it’s not pitch ups fault it’s always others.
Every time I read your reply’s so far it’s always someone else’s fault.
Think of human factors and design principles people navigate the booking system with the information you present and in the order you lay out.
If it’s going wrong as you don’t offer training then we failed to follow your designed pathway.
Look to yourselves and stop blaming others

Pensagillas Park in Cornwall. Completely deserted when we arrived on Sept 25th. Pre booked on this website and paid a deposit of 1.50 (not much I agree) but that isn't the issue I have. I tried calling the campsite, no answer so I emailed them and still have heard nothing. I found alternative accomodation at 10.30 that evening after driving around for hours. Its just not good enough, and very unprofessional.
