    Again people follow your process your web site and you allow them to carry out a process which should not be possible.

    Then you keep the fee.

    Poor design poor quality control.

    But at the moment it’s a win for you as you get money.

  6. let people know if a campsite is closed instead of booking and then your customers driving there to find it abandoned.

    And again it’s not pitch ups fault it’s always others.

    Every time I read your reply’s so far it’s always someone else’s fault.

    Think of human factors and design principles people navigate the booking system with the information you present and in the order you lay out.

    If it’s going wrong as you don’t offer training then we failed to follow your designed pathway.
