Currently, we are unable to contact customers who book through the platform for marketing purposes, as there is no option for guests to opt in to receive communications from the site they are booking with. This limits our ability to share important updates, future offers, and relevant information that could enhance their visit and encourage repeat bookings.
We would like to suggest the introduction of an opt-in feature at the point of booking, allowing customers to consent to receiving marketing communications directly from the venue. This would ensure compliance with data protection regulations while also benefiting both site operators and customers through improved communication and engagement.
