Change name campsite
I already tried to contact Pitch Up 4 times, trough email, trough the site, ... Never any answer, frustrating while I get 20 mails from Pitch Up asking me to put my reservations available again. My campsite is completely renovated and we changed the name.
Where can I find how to can change the name of my campsite in my account?Thanks

How about replying to messages that site owners send to pitchup ?
For years I have submitted amendment requests via the Pitchup portal; no-one ever did anything about them and I always had to contact a "Manager". Recently, the "Manager" suggested I contact them direct...guess what ?!
I sent my request on 28/7...no reply
I chased it on 7/8...no reply
It's now 12/8 so what do I do ?!I understand that people might be on holiday but have you heard of the auto-reply/auto-responder ?????

Enter an ETA that is compulsory
Is there any way we can encourage customers to tell us their estimated
Please could you add a compulsory time of arrival (ETA) because when we receive the booking from you I still have to ring them up or send an email to ask them their ETA. I know you have it on your system but customers do not seem to be filling it in. Can you help at all?

Within the pitchup terms make clear a customer who fails to show or in some why causes an issue on the park is blacklisted from booking another holiday via Pitchup.
No shows are very annoying and as you keep the deposit the park really does loose out in this situations. Knowing they are blacklisted would be something
