Generally we try to remove fields from the booking form to prevent customers abandoning the booking, but this might work on the confirmation page.

We would need to consider carefully the refund mechanism and also that Pitchup.com wouldn’t have visibility of the criteria. In the event of a dispute it would need to be clear that Pitchup.com wouldn’t be able to arbitrate. We’ll look into this.

The existing “Notices” field appears prominently on the booking confirmation email and page, as well as on each listing page. Please use the ‘request change’ button if you wish to add anything to this box.
