  1. Add more areas in Wales

    At the moment, the only options are South Wales, North Wales and West Wales. What about Mid Wales? Or East Wales? Or Powys?

  2. fix your website!

    i search for hull, east yorkshire i get solihull, i search for yorkshire i get gloucstershire, i search north east england i get dorset? WTH?? i click to choose region - there is no map?? options show sort by price in one window, not in the next.... a really good idea guys and would have saved me a shed load of time but your site is rubbish!

  4. make the location selection more detailed

    you should have different location areas within the different countries of the area you would actually like to visit, e.g. north wales, south wales, or even more exact an area such as wales, Wrexham

  7. Check your gps coordinates

    For the follwing site at least, the gps coordinates are wrong. I believe they should be 51.99082°N, 1.37282°W, not the figure you give below. I believe i have also noticed this with another site in the past.

  8. Combine multiple stays into one touring trip !

    Hi, myself & my boyfriend will be touring Cornwall in a Campervan for a week and found it frustrating that we had to book each campsite separately! A 'touring' option where you can pay one deposit and plan your route would be very helpful!

    Also an App would be even better ;)

    Add under the overall score for the site review, ie 9.4 the number of reviews which have been used to make this. eg 9.4 from 30 reviews. Gives people a better understanding how true the headline score is.

  10. blacklist

    Within the pitchup terms make clear a customer who fails to show or in some why causes an issue on the park is blacklisted from booking another holiday via Pitchup.

    No shows are very annoying and as you keep the deposit the park really does loose out in this situations. Knowing they are blacklisted would be something

  12. Toilet Facilities has option for composting toilets

    The only option you have is toilet block, from recent booking via your site we ended up on a campsite with a 'toilet block' that was one shared composting toilet in a shed. I suggest that not only type of toilet, but number of toilets and also wether unisex or separate male/female toilet/ shower's are available.

  14. Take a look at how the map works when using an iPad

    It is Very difficult to close in on a location on the map using the arrows and magnifying glasses, need to improve this as the map option is very useful

  15. I thought you had a search key for sites that let over 16s camp by themselves?

    Could you put that on? Its a nightmare finding a place where nice post GCSE 16 year olds can go without their parents.

  18. implement site safety grading

    Show level of site safety facilities.
    Criteria to include eg nearest or miles to nearest chemist / doctor / hospital / rescue centre / point of contact. Fire safety / proper 1st aid facillities (not just an "off the shelf 1st ade kit) / nominated trained 1st aiders / life saving equipment particularly where there's water and the condition of all the above equipment and facillites.

    The more info on a page the more the punter get's confused- too much info can cause a 'l give up feeling'
    Suggest you consider many of your ' readers' were born before the advent of computers- make it simple
