have the facility for booking the 5 lodges you say you have - or make it more obvious where the booking facility is for these lodges.
. . . or have I missed something? :-) Iwould appreciate someone getting back to me, as we have 2 families looking to book for two weeks. One family (six members, plus dog) wants to camp, the second (4 members) needs something a little more comfortable!! :-) We want to be near a surfing beach, but it's got to be affordable! :-) Thanks!

Information
This is the first time we have used pitch up, we have just booked three rivers site at cliche roe only to find that for a family of 4there is a £10 charge to use the pool. You should ensure the site advertisers state such things.

Make searching easier and show all sites in that postcode
I am the Rose and Crown at Holbeach Hurn and I know I am here, I cannot find it on by searching on the site.

your web site calender is very confusing ,you should put avalible plots on display
i was trying to book a tent holiday for august or july but cant seem to get anything if this is the case that they are booked up then you should display this on the web site ,,,mj calnan
1 voteEach campsite adds its own availability but we have several hundred with availability for July/August. You can search availability for tent pitches by entering your dates at www.pitchup.com/tents/ and this will display all sites with availability during that period, for your party size.

Take a look at how the map works when using an iPad
It is Very difficult to close in on a location on the map using the arrows and magnifying glasses, need to improve this as the map option is very useful

Add more filters to searches
It would be very useful to filter to find campsites that allow dogs, very disappointing to keep clicking on them to find 'no dogs allowed'

MY wife and i with our 2 little girls spent the easter weekend with you for the first time,and i would like to say it was a pleasure to stay there the showers,and toilets was spottless which is a very importent thing to us.There was loads of things to do for the children,as well as the adults it was great and we will be visiting you again very soon well done to you all.

Don't allow campsite owners to remove negative reviews
My husband left a justifiably negative review for stow ford farm meadows which has been removed, which renders the review part of your site a waste of time.

Hi I'm not able to use your website. When clicking the left column filters nothing happens at all, and I can't seem to find an refresh/update button either... Tried both Safari and Firefox

Atleast get the facts correct
The booking form states that adults are 18+ but when it comes to actually paying' theres an extra charge for 2 further adults!!!
WHY is there always hidden rubbish involed when it comes to pricing?????1 voteEvery campsite has its own definition of “adult”, which is why we collect child ages. When you reach the campsite page we convert these into adults and children depending on each campsite’s rules. All of this is set out on each campsite’s page.

include more photographs of the interior of your accomodation.
I feel your website could do with upgrading because it really doesnt do your holiday site justice. More photographs of the interior of the accomodation and of the site itself. I stayed in one of the octagonal log cabins and there were no pictures on your website of the interior. I was highly impressed when i actually got there and saw what it looked like on the inside. More pictures will definitely attract more visitors.

make the request activation button clearer i cant find it
in complete and the red thermometer is full yet im looking for the request activiation button and have no idea if my listing will go live or not after spending a few hours filling all of this in!
Al;so your pricing perameters are a bit specific. We dont just chjarge per person but also do a family rate
1 voteThere should be a clear yellow strip across the top of all pages to “request activation” – we’ve just received your activation request so will review it asap.
You can enter different tariffs – either:
a) If the number of persons included is the same, go to “new charge type” in the left-hand menu under “Rates and availability”
b) If the rate includes a different number of people you’d need to set up a new pitch type.
In both cases you would need to make a separate allocation for the new rate.

guest name & balance in reservation details, better for the environment
Hi guys, just a suggestion but if you put the guest name and their balance in the registration details section of the booking confirmation email it would be a lot more environmentally friendly. Like most sites we have to print the confirmations for our records. The dates and the accom appear in the first section but then there are 3 pages of useless info to the site (location, description, cancellation, queries info etc before we can get the essential info that we need so each item we're harming the environment and wasting pages of paper printing details we don't need.…

Add the day of the week to the arrival and departure day so the dates are displayed as clearly as possible on the confirmations
