  1. Let users know when a site is not legal.

    There is a site behind where I live in breach of all planning permission where users go and have no idea! The users I have met are quite appalled that they had no idea. They would have liked to know before booking!

    Thank you for your message. Campsites do not necessarily need planning permission to operate however we react to any concerns raised. Without knowing which campsite you are referring to, it is difficult for us to implement your suggestion :-)

  5. Sharing link

    The ability to share places seems to of vanished since the website changed on mobile.
    Its making it very difficult to arrange trips with other people when you can't send links externally.

  6. Fix ferry listings

    The map search view shows ferries at "Sharpness Old Docks" and "Lydney Harbour".

    There''s definitely no ferry anywhere at Sharpness and I can find no evidence to suggest there's one at Lydney either.

    These markers should be removed.

  8. Cycling or walker lone camper rates

    I find it frustrating if travelling by bike, alone I pay the same for my tiny tent as a family of 4 with a large car. Reduced rates for sustainable travel and lone campers should be encouraged

  9. Search filter for site charging per person

    A filter for finding sites which charge per person rather than per site would be invaluable for solo campers. Most sites charge per pitch and allow up to 4 or 6 people which can be good value if you are a group of 4 or 6 people - but terrible value if you are solo.

  10. I suggest you stop advertising the price of sites by using the phrase FROM. It makes me so angry You need to change this to match the season

    Change the way you advertise sites by lowest price, to include lowest prices by season.

    The ai is less useful than filters. I was sent an email of sites with hot tubs. Absolutely none of them have hot tubs.

  15. Combine multiple stays into one touring trip !

    Hi, myself & my boyfriend will be touring Cornwall in a Campervan for a week and found it frustrating that we had to book each campsite separately! A 'touring' option where you can pay one deposit and plan your route would be very helpful!

    Also an App would be even better ;)

  16. VIEWING FIGURES GO DOWN DRAMATICALLY IN SEPTMEBER SO START ADVERTISING THE LOG PODS, SHEPHERDS HUTS, ETC MORE AS PEOPLE MAY NOT WANT TO CAMP

    LATER IN THE YEAR. a MORE COMFORTABLE WAY OF GETTING A CHEAP BREAK SHOULD STILL BE ON PEOPLES MINDS ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE NO CHILDREN WITH THEM.

  17. add a "Comparison" feature to help users narrow down their options.

    Fantastic website - really useful, but I had to keep swapping from one listing to another to compare campsites, which got a bit confusing as I was looking at 13 favourites! It would be great to see several listings at once to compare key features & narrow down my choices.

  19. Pitch Sizes and Options

    We have small campervan and a mini awning for storage. We have noticed that we are often required to pay the same as someone with a large caravan and a car or a much larger motor home. We don’t need drainage, just an EHU. Also often then asked to pay extra for our mini awning. Perhaps small campervans, not requiring drainage etc, could be classed separately to the much larger units.

  20. Have a variety of payment options

    Have a variety of payment options available rather than paying in full or taking deposit and the remaining amount before the date of booked holiday;
    For example,
    Having other payment options like paying a certain amount each fortnight or every 4 weeks until the full amount is completely paid prior to the date of the holiday, so people can budget for there holiday
