  2. Search filter for site charging per person

    A filter for finding sites which charge per person rather than per site would be invaluable for solo campers. Most sites charge per pitch and allow up to 4 or 6 people which can be good value if you are a group of 4 or 6 people - but terrible value if you are solo.

  4. Filter EHU amperage

    With a variety of sites offering electric hook ups ranging from 6 amp to 16 amp it would be useful to filter on the amperage offered by sites and appropriate to unit type.

    The ai is less useful than filters. I was sent an email of sites with hot tubs. Absolutely none of them have hot tubs.

    its not a lot, granted, and i'm not going to chase you for £1.50 but this rather an unfair practice to customers in my position.
    As a single person I booked a nights camping at Hendra in Newquay as it was the cheapest that was available on your site.
    The booking went through, my account was debited and the following day i received a phone call from Hendra telling me they are a family site and do not accept booking from individuals.
    I was refunded, but not the full amount. I assume that was…

  7. I suggest you stop advertising the price of sites by using the phrase FROM. It makes me so angry You need to change this to match the season

    Change the way you advertise sites by lowest price, to include lowest prices by season.

    Remove AI summaries of reviews. There is way too much AI rubbish on the internet and customers are capable of reading reviews for themselves.

    The ability to share places seems to of vanished since the website changed on mobile.
    Its making it very difficult to arrange trips with other people when you can't send links externally.

  10. There is no obvious back button

    When you go to view a site after a filter has been applied, there is no back button, which is very frustrating.

  13. I think it would be a good idea if you had recommended fully serviced pitches. I often plough through your fab sites looking for fully servi

    Good idea pls advertise fully serviced pitches. I am of the older customer and don't want to be carrying water ECT. None of your sites advertised on first page this fact. It would be great to go to your page and see fully serviced. Instead of near beach ECT. Thanks for the opportunity to suggest this. Les

  14. Make Campfire searches more accurate

    I specifically searched for sites that allow campfires, and bought my ingredients based on cooking on a firepit, but when I got there the site did NOT allow campfires. I also nearly booked a site that is classed as allowing campfires then re-read the description and it said specified "no campfires or barbecues".

  15. VIEWING FIGURES GO DOWN DRAMATICALLY IN SEPTMEBER SO START ADVERTISING THE LOG PODS, SHEPHERDS HUTS, ETC MORE AS PEOPLE MAY NOT WANT TO CAMP

    LATER IN THE YEAR. a MORE COMFORTABLE WAY OF GETTING A CHEAP BREAK SHOULD STILL BE ON PEOPLES MINDS ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE NO CHILDREN WITH THEM.

  16. Check prices

    Check prices for weekends and banks holidays ..
    I booked a site paid the price on your site, when I got there they put me on a lower priced pitch because it was a Bank holiday weekend.
    Maybe ask if they charge more for weekends and bank holidays and put it on your site
    But there was no other prices on your site, so I had to take the one they offered

  17. add a "Comparison" feature to help users narrow down their options.

    Fantastic website - really useful, but I had to keep swapping from one listing to another to compare campsites, which got a bit confusing as I was looking at 13 favourites! It would be great to see several listings at once to compare key features & narrow down my choices.

  18. Add Ebike charging as a feature

    Allow site owners to add ebike charging as a feature, would also be useful to have phone charging listed as a feature. For people cycle touring these can both be essential.
