    Dear Ian,

    Thank you for your email in connection with Bude Holiday Resort and I am sorry that this incident has given you cause to complain.

    I can now confirm that “single-sex bookings are not accepted” in their notices section should actually read as “single-sex group bookings are not accepted.”

    This is in line with their features page on our website and was an error which has now been corrected.

    I informed the site upon receipt of your email to make them aware of the mistake on their page.

    Once again please accept our apologies and thank you for taking the time to write to us.

  2. This message comes up and covers the page I am working on
    I find that I can only delete one section at a time.
    This is time consuming and amazingly irritating!
    Please tell me how I can stop this section of information appearing at all.

  3. i made a booking with youselves on the 3rd april ref 3glz9qhz when i rang the campsite yesterday to pay the balance they had no record of receiving the booking from you,luckily they had space available,so where has my £9.30 gone to,terrible service and i can no longer trust your site

Be more accurate to avoid customer disappointment.....took my deposit and the campsite phoned us the next day saying there was no availability and couldn't understand why your site was saying there was availability and allowed us to book....very disappointed family and no contact for refund as yet

  6. Tried 4 times to checkout on ipad and entered all info and at the end just said....processing and no success message or email confirmation. As a result I am calling the site directly which means pitch up do not get the commission for the sale. Urgent fix and bug check needed by the developer I think as must be costing you a fortune in lost revenue

  9. We recently visited Riddings Wood campsite nr Alfreton and when we got there we had to pay DOUBLE because of your misleading information. This is causing them and their customers no end of hassle and I believe may be ILLEGAL.

  10. Unfortunately, your Dutch website is full of errors and parts of the website are still in English. This greatly impacts the image Dutch users have of Pitchup. May I suggest you start working with a professional translator (such as myself) to create a clear and attractive website for the Dutch market?

  14. It may be just my browser, but I put in all my filters, then scroll through the list. If I open one to have a read about it, I can’t navigate back to my search results list. I have to start all over again which is really frustrating!

  15. Je n'ai pas d'idée particulière, juste cela serait pas mal de prévenir le client lorsque sa réservation est annulée.
    Et non de la découvrir via le paiement qui ne s'est pas effectué.
    Pour un leader de je ne sais trop quoi cela est très décevant.
    Je ne recommande pas du tout ce site.

  20. We work hard to get a rise and if 1 customer dosent give us a 10 you knock us down a point, you also don't take the parks effect on a customer who has posted comments that are not true.
