  1. Facilities

    Tell them what there actually is and if there going through a refurb so the guests know in advance either to book the site or not makes life alot easier rather turn up and it not usable

  2. Use the Saltire Flag for Scottish Sites, & similar flags for Wales, Wales & N Ireland

    I know your firm is the uk, however having a Union Flag after the address in Dumfries Scotland followed by a union flag/jack instead of a Saltire. Please consider the separate flags for each of the home countries ir Welsh Dragon, England St George cross & Ni Flag. I think this would encourage people to use the site as they would be better informed. When I see the union flag after the Scottish address it puts me off using your site.

  3. Add what that approach road is like in terms of narrow, single track, recommend best was to approach from etc for large caravans

  4. Stop adding unavailable sites

    When I enter all my requirements thew searchcengine still offers me sites that are unavailable. This is beyond useless.

  5. Update your feedback selection

    Within your feedback request I fall at the first question. As a couple in our 40s without children I wouldn't say we are a young couple and we're certainly not a mature couple. As there are no other suitable choices I've failed to complete your feedback at the first question. Be nice to see a revision here please as choosing the wrong category will give skewed results. Thank you.

  6. you dont put dog freindly when i cant take my two on any of your sites and they are as soft as anything .its tarnishing every dog bad

    let well behaved staffys and german shepherds come on your sites my babys have and never will bother anyone

    Dog searches need to be clearer with the option to put down how many dogs you have and find sites that will take that many

  9. Pitch Sizes and Options

    We have small campervan and a mini awning for storage. We have noticed that we are often required to pay the same as someone with a large caravan and a car or a much larger motor home. We don’t need drainage, just an EHU. Also often then asked to pay extra for our mini awning. Perhaps small campervans, not requiring drainage etc, could be classed separately to the much larger units.

  10. Can you put some sort of are you sure check on completion of a review

    Having got half way through completing a review I accidentally pressed return twice and can no longer complete or edit my review.
    Some do of final check and an edit option would be usful

  12. Check with campsites as to "are disabled toilets/showers in working order"

    Bookings companies should have knowledge from sites as "Disabled toilets/showers are up and running" paid £34.00 per night and NO Women's Disabled toilet/ shower available.

  15. State on each campsite entry weather a vehicle with roof tent is allowed

    We are not camper vans we need to sit on grass - our tents are on wheels as per a trailer tent. We take up less space than a car and trailer. However we are being rejected from bookings and no refunds given - A contact the site (before booking ) option should be clearly available on each site page.

  17. single sex bookings

    If a campsite does not allow single sex booking you should not be able to book a pitch through the site. Wrekin View in Shropshire is one of the sites that post very conflicting rules as to who they accept and it is not made very clear. They refused me access after i had booked. So i have lost £9.90 deposit for something i do not view as my problem. Why are single people ostracized ????? What happened to innocent before guilty. Not everyone is a pervert. To me it is a lifestyle and if they took the time out…

  18. cannot add sites to favourites, click heart and all it says is you have no favourites

    When you try to add sites to favourites it just says you have no favourites, tried the heart tried the arrow says same thing

  19. Allow to select page number when searching sites.

    I trawled through 60 pages searching for suitable sites, with 30 odd pages to go. Hit a problem and then had to start all over again. Couldn't work out how to return directly to page 60.

  20. Save search option

    Eg save search for 1 person, dog allowed, bar nearby, dates. Then save. Then be allowed to add location or, others. Sould be possible to save searchers at any point
