Jag kan inte se om Pitchup är svenskt eller utländskt, men ni översätter i så fall!
Vi har använt er tidigare och det har fungerat lysande!
Vi ska på husbilssemester till Italien för 3-e gången och det verkar vara omöjligt att hitta campingplatser i Ligurien, Toscana , Rimini samt Venedig som är lediga.
Är det möjligt att köpa en helhetslösning från er som passar våra resmål, så slipper vi punktmarkera de campingar som finns i händelse av avbokning?Vi behöver hjälp för perioden 23/7 - 2/8 ungefär.

REinstate the selection listing to enable type of site e.g. adult only, dogs allowed, etc.
This facility was available in the initial stages of the search and brought up only suitable sites saving trawing 100's of unsuitable ones to find what you want. I don not want to spend hours trawling through sites in areas with facilities that I am not interested in. What makes you think this is a good idea doing away with such a customer friendly facility. It has put us off completely from using your site again.

You appear to have changed the booking area of the website considerably over the last few weeks/months and I have to say it is not working for me.
Firstly there is some sort of bug that if I change the dates (for example I am booking different sites back to back for one week, or different trips) then it randomly defaults back to the first dates I had searched with and the availability and pricing is wrong.
This may be used error, but I also cannot find all the old filters - electric hoopkup, campfires permitted, dogs permitted - meaning…

Search settings keep resetting
Not sure whether it is just a current problem or a problem with my system, but at the moment my search settings are reset every time I view a new site. It is really frustrating and going to stop me using your site until this is corrected.

Add share button to campsite on mobile app
Maybe I'm just being dim but I can't see a Share button anywhere. I've found a campsite I'm interested in and want to send it to my friends but currently we copy the campsite name and they have to search for it, which doesn't seem very slick

Alter the status of Oakmore touring park Devon. .
I opted for adult only parks and was not given those options. Oakmore is not Adult only. These wastes time for customers searching for options which are not available. I tried re-entering the options several times with the same results.

Have an option for hammock campers
A lot of campers who prefer hammocks find it hard to find a campsite on pitch up.
Adding the option for sites with this available would make a huge difference.

offer a compensation or the holiday stay again
To whom it may concern,
We was recommended your campsite from family and friends. We was staying with you from the 21st to the 25th of August 2023.
On arrival , we was notified that the power and electricity was out but would be back on shortly. However , the power continued to be unstable from the 21st to the 22nd, from when a new generator got delivered . Over the course of the two days , we was unable keep our fridge cooled as well as cook on site. In which a lot of food was spoilt due to…1 vote -
How about replying to messages that site owners send to pitchup ?
For years I have submitted amendment requests via the Pitchup portal; no-one ever did anything about them and I always had to contact a "Manager". Recently, the "Manager" suggested I contact them direct...guess what ?!
I sent my request on 28/7...no reply
I chased it on 7/8...no reply
It's now 12/8 so what do I do ?!I understand that people might be on holiday but have you heard of the auto-reply/auto-responder ?????

Stop noise after 1030 pm
Have staff available to tell people to shut up after 1030 pm people ignored this some going on until 1 in morning. Yurts especially being very loud showing no consideration for others. Staff should warn these people.

Add a flexible dates / “find me a holiday” feature
I would find it so helpful to be able to search availability across an extended period when I am flexible on dates (eg search for any seven nights between 1st and 31st august) At the moment I would love to book a last minute break over the school holidays (and would have booked a school holiday break earlier) and can go any time in august and am flexible on location. I can only search specific dates at the moment which makes searching difficult as I have to keep retrying with different dates.

Amending a booking is not easy
Amending a booking is not great. I have contacted the site through the link on the booking confirmation. The site has told me I now must contact Pitchup to ensure the correct balance is taken when my balance is due, but there is no facility for me to do so. Everything on Pitch up directs me to contact the site. Your site on my booking list says the information will not be updated if I have contacted the site. Very confusing

Fix ferry listings
The map search view shows ferries at "Sharpness Old Docks" and "Lydney Harbour".
There''s definitely no ferry anywhere at Sharpness and I can find no evidence to suggest there's one at Lydney either.
These markers should be removed.

Description of available facilities
Within the description of the available facilities it would be very helpful if there was a general section attached to the website where there were definitions of what was included within each of the available facilities for example does “Toilet Block” include waste disposal from Motorhome cassette style toilets or is this defined in “Fully Serviced” or in “Portaloo” or only in “Chemical Disposal”. Where “Water” is shown as an available facility is this at each pitch or is this a communal facility where you can fill up a Motorhome?. What is included within “Charging facilities”? I do not see…

Remove Ashton Hall Campsite from your site
If a Campsite isn't fit for use it needs to be acknowledged. Ashton Hall Campsite is appalling. The pitches have no stone and are full of moss and mud. The road is a danger to our vehicles. If you happen to come across the owner/manager beware as he is very aggressive in his nature. We arrived and left the same day due to how awful the man was to both myself and my husband. Other customers were complaining about the mud saying their outfits were filthy. I lost £140, they wouldn't refund me. I felt abused enough to raise a…
