  1. Allow more dialogue between the manager and the reviewer once the review is given. The manager gets the last word whether truthful or not .

    Once a review is left....the site manager can respond however they choose, whether truthful or not which is misleading and allows no comeback from the reviewer. Some of the reviews made on a recent campsite where we stayed were totally accurate but the manager's response made it sound otherwise....

  2. Use the Saltire Flag for Scottish Sites, & similar flags for Wales, Wales & N Ireland

    I know your firm is the uk, however having a Union Flag after the address in Dumfries Scotland followed by a union flag/jack instead of a Saltire. Please consider the separate flags for each of the home countries ir Welsh Dragon, England St George cross & Ni Flag. I think this would encourage people to use the site as they would be better informed. When I see the union flag after the Scottish address it puts me off using your site.

  3. Add what that approach road is like in terms of narrow, single track, recommend best was to approach from etc for large caravans

  4. Update your feedback selection

    Within your feedback request I fall at the first question. As a couple in our 40s without children I wouldn't say we are a young couple and we're certainly not a mature couple. As there are no other suitable choices I've failed to complete your feedback at the first question. Be nice to see a revision here please as choosing the wrong category will give skewed results. Thank you.

  5. Pitch Sizes and Options

    We have small campervan and a mini awning for storage. We have noticed that we are often required to pay the same as someone with a large caravan and a car or a much larger motor home. We don’t need drainage, just an EHU. Also often then asked to pay extra for our mini awning. Perhaps small campervans, not requiring drainage etc, could be classed separately to the much larger units.

  8. Allow to select page number when searching sites.

    I trawled through 60 pages searching for suitable sites, with 30 odd pages to go. Hit a problem and then had to start all over again. Couldn't work out how to return directly to page 60.

  9. Add pitch size to the filters

    It would be helpful if you could filter by pitch size I've looked at a campsite only to find the pitch size is too small for my tent

  13. Staying at skegness fields and you advertised no twin axels but they have them on site also cab and trailer units here too

    Skegness fields site seems to accommodate twin wheeler Motorhome and cab and trailers units as they have 5 onsite this week (posted this because when booking it says no tag axle)and maybe deterring others 👍

    its not a lot, granted, and i'm not going to chase you for £1.50 but this rather an unfair practice to customers in my position.
    As a single person I booked a nights camping at Hendra in Newquay as it was the cheapest that was available on your site.
    The booking went through, my account was debited and the following day i received a phone call from Hendra telling me they are a family site and do not accept booking from individuals.
    I was refunded, but not the full amount. I assume that was…

  18. add private mobile homes for rent

    I have a privately owned mobile home on a site in West Wales - would it be possible to add privately owned caravans for rent on this site as I am struggling to find a website with good coverage.

  19. there is no information on the greater london campsites about who is in the emission zone

    I looked at your listed sites for greater London and I think it would be a good idea to list whether or not they are in any charging zones ie-emissions zone.
