  1. Make it clear to people at the end of season that the facilities are not available

    If I had known that there was no swimming pool, shop, bar, restaurant or wifi when I was booking, I would have opted for renting an apartment as a wet field with no facilities in a camper van is not a holiday. It is more of an endurance test. I needed wifi to keep in touch with work and was very inconvenienced by not even having that. Added to that, the tv did not work without wifi so we had to watch DVDs. I am extremely disappointed and feel cheated that I paid almost £100 for a wet field and…

  3. Ferry costs

    Great site BTW. I booked 3 nights stay on a site on the Isle of Wight. This was £63.. After I booked .. I went to the ferry booking site.. £124 for the return sailing. I didn't think that a ferry trip across a couple of miles of water could be so expensive. I must admit that if I had done the ferry site first I wouldn't have booked a campsite on I.O.W.
    Can I suggest that you put a advisory pop up Or at least an advisory note to check ferry prices and availability before booking a camp site…

  5. Features Section - Add the facilities dates

    In the Features section of the manager portal there are tick boxes for several facilities. Rather that having the facilities dates in the Terms and Conditions it would be good to have a box next to each facility in the Features section where you can enter the dates during which it is available.

    It would be good to have the option of adding an other box so as to add another date range as well as having a pre-set tick box next to it so you can simply tick "available entire opening period" (of the campsite) if applicable.

  8. there is no information on the greater london campsites about who is in the emission zone

    I looked at your listed sites for greater London and I think it would be a good idea to list whether or not they are in any charging zones ie-emissions zone.

  14. Allow to select page number when searching sites.

    I trawled through 60 pages searching for suitable sites, with 30 odd pages to go. Hit a problem and then had to start all over again. Couldn't work out how to return directly to page 60.

    Within your feedback request I fall at the first question. As a couple in our 40s without children I wouldn't say we are a young couple and we're certainly not a mature couple. As there are no other suitable choices I've failed to complete your feedback at the first question. Be nice to see a revision here please as choosing the wrong category will give skewed results.   17. Allow more dialogue between the manager and the reviewer once the review is given. The manager gets the last word whether truthful or not .

    Once a review is left....the site manager can respond however they choose, whether truthful or not which is misleading and allows no comeback from the reviewer. Some of the reviews made on a recent campsite where we stayed were totally accurate but the manager's response made it sound otherwise....
