  2. When setting up the Pitch Type, it would be better to completely remove 'Priced per person' from the Pricing Method. This would force campsites to put in a pitch price where we could ask them to include the car and two adults minimum. As it stands, having it priced per person offers them an easy way out as there is no flat pitch rate which would cover extras and persons we would like included (e.g. 2 adults and 1 car, although there may also be other extras potentially).

    It might also be worth having one car and two adults included…

  3. It would be great to have the % of days' allocation covering the opening period of the campsite automatically calculated and showing somewhere on the portal.

    With this, we would be able to set a threshold which needs to be met for the section to be complete and activation requested, e.g. minimum 80% of days covered by allocation to set live.

    There will always be exceptions for a variety of reasons but having a threshold would make it a bit more consistent and manageable for us as well as the campsite owners.

    Having this allocation coverage % would help make…

  6. How about having somewhere where we can enter information that folk will receive on their booking form and therefore stand some chance of them reading it before arrival?

    I mean things like: “Please don’t bring your own wood as our young son provides this at a reasonable charge” or “we’ll charge your phone and no cost whilst you’re here”

  8. I would like to embed my booking calendar in my website, does pitch up allow iframing or html pasting of the code so we can just stick to the one booking system as your works perfectly and our campsite is currently using you.

  9. If I type in New Forest or Peak District it doesn't recognise the location. Search should be enabled by popular search entries not limited to counties. Even if there is a way it is not straightforward/user friendly and the best way is through the standard search bar

  10. It's not clear whether campervans (e.g. a VW AutoSleeper) are classed as a motorhome or a tourer (which is what? A caravan?) or whether they are not allowed at all.

  12. I don't want to have to tell the booking engine each time I use it that my tent requires a certain pitch size, nor do I want to say that I am 2 adults and 2 children (and their ages). When I book I generally need the same size pitch with or without electric hookup - so you should be able to remember that and only show me sites that can accommodate me!

  13. Is there any way we can encourage customers to tell us their estimated

    Please could you add a compulsory time of arrival (ETA) because when we receive the booking from you I still have to ring them up or send an email to ask them their ETA. I know you have it on your system but customers do not seem to be filling it in. Can you help at all?

  14. Use drop down boxes to select dates as current way to input is really annoying!! The dates jump off when you try and add more makes website irrutating

  17. My wife and I wish to tent at your site on August 3rd for 1 night. Do you have space and do we need to pre-book? Electricity would be nice but not mandatory.

  20. the search design is great, shame its not in australia (ie worldwide).

    The key best experience is that you can select a location by 'radius'.

    This saves the user lots of time locating places with in a specific area.

    But once you have selected the radius and a result is offered (0 for australa) the radius is gone. I would like to go directly into my next search (this would save me time from that window).

    We do have search by radius but only for “point” searches…try Glastonbury or Croyde and you’ll be able to change the radius. If you do a new point-based search it’ll come back.
